Deep crimson with youthful purple hues. Aromas of cassis, mint and eucalypti layered with spice and earth. Intense flavors of rich chocolate, vibrant ripe cassis and velvety tannins beautifully melded with herbal nuances of mint and fennel, with subtle oak accompaniment.

Inky ruby. Smoky cherry and cassis aromas are complemented by licorice, black tea, leather and minerals. Sweet dark fruit liqueur flavors are impressively deep and focused, with a smoky topnote and building minerality adding nuance. Youthfully taut on the firmly tannic, spicy, long finish.
This Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from the Coonawarra region of South Australia. Upon yeasting, the vinimatic was rotated four times daily until dryness, pressed, seeded with MLF bacteria and sent to new and seasoned French Oak barrels for 24 months maturation. Post fermentation the wine was racked and returned every 2 months and adjusted when necessary prior to final blending and bottling.
